Questions
What access do you need?
Just Manager access to your Google Business Profile, which you grant from your own Google account. I never need your password, and you can remove me in a couple of clicks.
Do I get to approve replies?
Yes, if you'd like. You can approve every reply, only certain ones (such as anything below 4 stars), or let me post routine thank-yous directly.
Will replies sound like me?
That's the point. I look at how you already speak to customers and agree a tone with you: warm, brief, formal, whatever fits. I read and check every reply before it goes out.
What about negative reviews?
They're handled carefully. I won't post a reply to a critical review without checking with you first. Replies stay calm, polite and factual, and never share customer details.
How do I cancel?
There's no contract. Cancel anytime by emailing me; your plan stops at the end of the current month and you remove my Manager access.
What about my data and GDPR?
I only use the access needed to do the work, keep the minimum information, and don't sell or share it. See the privacy policy for details.
